Our breakfast for three was an absolute delight, and the star of the show for me was undoubtedly the Eggs Benedict. I can confidently say it was the most perfect version I've had in a very long time. The eggs were poached to absolute perfection, with yolks that burst open and flowed just as they should. The rich, creamy hollandaise sauce was incredibly flavorful without being overpowering, and it rested on a perfectly toasted, sturdy piece of bread. Paired with a generous portion of delicious ham, every bite was a masterpiece of textures and flavors. It was finger licking good. My family was equally impressed, especially with the coffee. It was truly excellent—rich, robust, and expertly made with a beautiful crema on top. The quality of the beans and the skill of the barista were evident in every single sip.
